Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF3717TR is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for efficient switching applications. This component features a 20V Drain-to-Source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 20A at 25°C. The Rds(On) is maximized at 4.4mOhm when conducting 20A with a 10V Vgs.
