Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ IPP80N06S4L07AKSA2 is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for demanding applications requiring high current handling and low on-resistance. This device features a 60V drain-source voltage (Vds) and can sustain a continuous drain current of 80A at 25°C with a maximum power dissipation of 79W. The low Rds(on) of 6.7mOhm at 80A and 10V gate-source voltage ensures efficient power transfer. Gate drive requirements range from 4.5V to 10V, with a maximum gate charge (Qg) of 75 nC at 10V. Input capacitance (Ciss) is specified at 5680 pF maximum at 25V. Qualified to AEC-Q101 and featuring an automotive grade, this MOSFET is suitable for automotive power management, industrial motor control, and high-power switching applications. The PG-TO220-3-1 package facilitates through-hole mounting and operation across a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
