Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ IPB80N04S3H4ATMA1 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-performance applications. This device features a 40V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and supports a continuous drain current of 80A at 25°C (Tc), with a maximum power dissipation of 115W (Tc). The Rds(On) is specified at a low 4.5mOhm maximum at 80A and 10V gate-source voltage.
