Infineon Technologies BSO300N03S is a high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET from the OptiMOS™ series. This component features a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 5.7A at 25°C ambient. Designed for surface mounting, it is housed in a PG-DSO-8 package, also known as 8-SOIC. The BSO300N03S offers a maximum on-resistance of 30mOhm at 7.2A and 10V gate-source voltage.
