Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ BSC022N03S is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications. This device features a 30V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and supports continuous drain currents of 28A at ambient temperature and 100A at case temperature. The low on-resistance (Rds On) of 2.2 mOhm at 50A and 10V Vgs, coupled with a maximum power dissipation of 104W at case temperature, makes it suitable for demanding power conversion tasks. Key electrical parameters include a gate charge (Qg) of 58 nC at 5V Vgs and input capacitance (Ciss) of 7490 pF at 15V Vds.
