Infineon Technologies TLE6215G is a high-side power switch IC designed for demanding automotive applications, including body control modules, powertrain systems, and infotainment. This N-channel device features two independent outputs, each capable of delivering up to 1.3A. The TLE6215G provides robust fault protection mechanisms, including open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection. Its low ON-resistance of 210mOhm (typ.) minimizes power dissipation. The device operates across a wide load voltage range of 4.8V to 40V and is specified for operation from -40°C to 150°C (TJ). The TLE6215G is supplied in a 24-pin PG-DSO-24-3 package for surface mounting, delivered in tape and reel.
