Infineon Technologies' TLE6214L is a single-channel, low-side power switch designed for general-purpose load driving applications. This automotive-qualified device features a robust N-channel MOSFET output capable of delivering up to 5A continuously. Integrated fault protection mechanisms include fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection, ensuring system reliability.
