Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS740S2NT is a high-side power switch with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio, designed for demanding automotive applications. This N-channel device features a low on-resistance of 27mOhm (typ) and supports a load voltage range of 5V to 34V, with a maximum output current of 4.9A. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, all communicated via a status flag. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and housed in a 20-SOIC (PG-DSO-20-31) package for surface mounting. Operating across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), it is suitable for automotive power distribution and load driving.
