Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS728L2 is a dual-channel N-channel power switch designed for high-side load driving applications. This device features robust protection mechanisms including fixed current limiting, open-load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection. The BTS728L2 offers a configurable output current of up to 3.6A per channel and a low on-resistance of 50mOhm typical. Its ON/OFF interface simplifies control, and a status flag provides diagnostic feedback.
