Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS723GWNT is a high-side smart power switch designed for demanding automotive applications. This N-channel device features two outputs, each capable of delivering up to 2.5A continuous current with a typical on-resistance of 90mOhm. The BTS723GWNT provides comprehensive fault protection including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection. A status flag output is included for monitoring device conditions. Qualified to AEC-Q100, this component is suitable for use in automotive systems, including body control modules and powertrain. The device is supplied in a 14-pin PG-DSO-14-37 package on tape and reel, supporting surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
