Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS711L1XUMA1 is a high-side power switch featuring a 1:1 N-Channel configuration within a PG-DSO-20-31 package. This automotive-grade component offers a maximum output current of 1.7A and a low on-resistance of 165mOhm typical. Integrated fault protection includes current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, complemented by auto-restart functionality and a status flag.
