Infineon Technologies' SPOC™ series BTS710404ESPXUMA1 is a quad N-channel power switch designed for high-side load driving applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides four independent output channels, each capable of delivering up to 3A. Key features include integrated fault protection mechanisms such as current limiting, overload, over-temperature, reverse battery, and short-circuit protection, along with over-voltage detection. The device supports PWM and SPI interfaces for flexible control and monitoring. Additional functionality includes load discharge, PWM input, slew rate control, and a status flag for diagnostics.
