Infineon Technologies SPOC™ series BTS710404ESAXUMA1 is a high-side power switch utilizing N-channel technology. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a maximum output current of 3A. Designed for surface mount installation via a PG-TSDSO-24 package, it provides four independent outputs. The device integrates robust fault protection including over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). It operates within a load voltage range of 6V to 18V and features a low Rds(on) of 22.5 mOhm. Communication and control are managed through an SPI interface. This component is suitable for demanding automotive applications requiring reliable power distribution and load driving.
