Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS70902EPLXUMA1 is a dual-channel high-side power switch designed for demanding automotive applications. This N-Channel device offers a low on-resistance of 90mOhm (typ) and supports a wide operating voltage range from 2.7V to 28V. Integrated fault protection features include fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
