Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS70302EPAXUMA1 is a dual-channel, high-side N-channel power switch designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a typical Rds On of 14.5mOhm, capable of delivering up to 4.5A per channel. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, over-voltage, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The device offers slew rate control and operates within a load voltage range of 6V to 18V, with an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The BTS70302EPAXUMA1 is supplied in a 14-pin PG-TSDSO-14-22 package suitable for surface mounting, presented on a tape and reel. Its robust design makes it suitable for power distribution and load driving in demanding automotive systems.
