Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS70021EPPXUMA1 is a high-side power switch IC with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio. This N-channel device features a low on-resistance of 2.6 mOhm (typical) and supports a load current of up to 21A. It provides robust protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuits, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
