Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS700121ESPXUMA1 is a high-side power switch designed for demanding automotive applications. This single-channel N-channel device features a low on-resistance of 1.4mOhm (typ.) and supports a load voltage range of 6V to 18V, with a maximum output current capability of 31.3A. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The device is qualified to AEC-Q100 standards and housed in a PG-TSDSO-24 package, suitable for surface mounting.
