Infineon Technologies BTS660P PROFET® power switch. This single-channel N-channel device is housed in a P-TO220-7-3 package, offering a 1:1 input-to-output ratio. It features a robust 38A maximum output current capability and a low Rds On of 7.2mOhm (typical). The BTS660P integrates comprehensive fault protection, including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection. Designed for general-purpose switching, it operates across a load voltage range of 5V to 58V and is suitable for applications requiring reliable power management in automotive and industrial sectors.
