Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS6144P is a high-side power switch designed for demanding applications. This N-Channel device features a low on-resistance of 7mOhm (typical) and supports a load voltage range of 5.5V to 38V, with a maximum output current capability of 48A. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection, enhancing system reliability. The BTS6144P also incorporates an auto-restart feature for seamless recovery from transient faults. Its general-purpose switch type and non-inverting input, controlled via a simple ON/OFF interface, make it suitable for power distribution and load driving in automotive, industrial automation, and power supply management systems.
