Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS6143DNT is a high-side power switch featuring a 1:1 N-Channel configuration. This general-purpose device offers a maximum output current of 41A and a low on-resistance of 8mOhm typical. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, with an auto-restart feature.
