Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS555 is a high-side power switch featuring a 1:1 N-Channel configuration. This general-purpose switch offers a robust solution for demanding applications, delivering a maximum output current of 128A. The device incorporates comprehensive fault protection mechanisms, including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection.
