Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS5441G is a high-side power switch featuring a 1:1 N-Channel output configuration. This device provides four independent output channels, each capable of delivering up to 5.6A of continuous current. The BTS5441G integrates robust fault protection mechanisms including fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection.
