Infineon Technologies PROFET® series BTS5241LNTMA1 is a high-side power switch with two N-channel outputs, designed for general-purpose load driving applications. This device features a fixed current limiting protection up to 5.7A, alongside over-temperature, over-voltage, and open-load detection capabilities. The integrated auto-restart function and status flag provide robust operational feedback. With a low on-resistance of 19mOhm (typical) and a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, the BTS5241LNTMA1 is suitable for demanding automotive and industrial control systems. The component is supplied in a PG-DSO-12-2 package, suitable for surface mounting via tape and reel. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
