Infineon Technologies PROFET® series BTS5014SDAAUMA1 is a high-side N-channel power switch with a 1:1 ratio. This device offers robust fault protection including fixed current limiting, open-load detection, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, coupled with auto-restart functionality. Designed for general-purpose applications, it supports a load voltage range of 5.5V to 20V and can deliver up to 6A of output current. The switch features a low on-resistance of 14mOhm (typical) and operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ). The ON/OFF interface simplifies control. This component is supplied in a PG-TO252-5-11 package, suitable for surface mounting, and is available on tape and reel. It is commonly utilized in automotive and industrial power distribution systems.
