Infineon Technologies BTS452TT is a high-side power switch from the miniPROFET® series, designed for automotive applications. This N-channel device offers a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a typical Rds On of 150mOhm. It can deliver up to 1.8A of output current and operates over a wide voltage range of 6V to 52V. The BTS452TT integrates robust fault protection features, including fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection, along with auto-restart functionality. The device is housed in a PG-TO252-5 (TO-252-5, DPAK) package suitable for surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel.
