Infineon Technologies BTS452TT is a high-side power switch from the miniPROFET® series, designed for automotive applications. This N-channel device offers a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a typical Rds On of 150mOhm. It can deliver up to 1.8A of output current and operates over a wide voltage range of 6V to 52V.
