Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS443PNT is a high-side N-channel power switch with a 1:1 output ratio. This automotive-grade component, qualified to AEC-Q100, features a maximum output current of 21A and a low on-resistance of 13mOhm (typical). The device incorporates robust fault protection mechanisms including fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection. Designed for surface mounting in a TO-252-5 (DPAK) package, it operates across a load voltage range of 5V to 36V and a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
