Infineon Technologies PROFET® series BTS441RGNTMA1 is a high-side N-channel power switch designed for automotive applications. This device features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a typical Rds(on) of 15mOhm, capable of handling up to 17A output current. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection. A status flag provides diagnostic feedback. The BTS441RGNTMA1 is AEC-Q100 qualified and packaged in a PG-TO263-5-2 (TO-263-5, D2PAK) surface-mount configuration, supplied on tape and reel. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
