Infineon Technologies BTS4141D from the miniPROFET® series is a high-side N-channel power switch designed for general-purpose applications. This device features a fixed current limit of 700mA, with integrated protection against over-temperature, over-voltage, and a fixed current limiting function. Auto-restart functionality is included for enhanced fault management. The BTS4141D utilizes an ON/OFF interface with a non-inverting input and a 1:1 input-to-output ratio.
