Infineon Technologies PROFET® BTS410E2-E3062A is a power switch/driver featuring a 1:1 N-Channel configuration. This device provides a robust solution for load driving applications, capable of delivering up to 1.6A with a typical Rds On of 190mOhm. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage protection. Key features such as auto-restart and a status flag enhance system reliability. The input is non-inverting and interfaces via ON/OFF control. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a PG-TO263-5-2 package, commonly known as TO-263-5, D2PAK. This component is suitable for automotive and industrial applications requiring high-side switching of loads within a voltage range of 4.7V to 42V. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ). The device is available on Tape & Reel (TR).
