Infineon Technologies HITFET® series BTS142DNT is a high-side power switch with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio. This N-channel device offers a maximum output current of 4.6A and a low ON-resistance of 23mOhm typical. It features robust fault protection, including fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, along with auto-restart functionality.
