Infineon Technologies HITFET® BTS141 is a high-side N-channel power switch with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio. This general-purpose device offers robust protection features including fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, making it suitable for demanding applications. With a maximum output current of 12A and a low on-resistance of typically 25mOhm, it efficiently handles high-power loads.
