Infineon Technologies HITFET® BTS117-E3045A is a single-channel N-channel power switch designed for low-side applications. This device offers a maximum continuous output current of 3.5A and a load voltage capability up to 60V. Key fault protection features include fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection, ensuring robust operation in demanding environments. The switch type is general purpose, with an ON/OFF interface and non-inverting input.
