Infineon Technologies PROFET™ Wire Guard series BTG7003A1EPWXUMA1 is a 1:1 N-Channel power switch designed for high-side load driving applications. This component features a low 3.6mOhm Rds On (Typ) and a maximum output current of 15.7A. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature, over-voltage, reverse battery, short circuit, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The BTG7003A1EPWXUMA1 offers slew rate control for enhanced performance and operates across a voltage range of 4.1V to 28V. Qualified to AEC-Q100 and designed for automotive applications, it is supplied in a 14-TSSOP (PG-TSDSO-14-22) package on tape and reel.
