Infineon Technologies AUIPS6041STRL is a high-side N-channel power switch designed for demanding automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides robust protection features including fixed current limiting, open load detection, and over-temperature protection with auto-restart capability. The device operates within a load voltage range of 6V to 28V and features a typical Rds(on) of 110mOhm. Its TO-252-5, DPAK (4 Leads + Tab) package is suitable for surface mounting. The simple ON/OFF interface and general-purpose switch type make it ideal for power distribution and load driving in automotive systems. It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
