Infineon Technologies AUIPS6021S is a high-side N-channel power switch designed for automotive applications, qualified to AEC-Q100 standards. This general-purpose switch features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and can deliver a maximum continuous output current of 4.3A. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, open load detection, and over-temperature protection, complemented by an auto-restart feature.
