Infineon Technologies AUIPS1051LTR is a high-side power switch with integrated current limiting and thermal shutdown fault protection. This AEC-Q100 qualified device features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and provides a robust N-channel output capable of handling up to 1.3A. Designed for automotive applications, its low Rds(on) of 160mOhm (typical) minimizes power dissipation.
