Infineon Technologies PSOC® 4 CY8C4100S Plus series microcontroller, part number CY8C4146LQE-S273. This 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core device operates at up to 48MHz and features 64KB of FLASH program memory. It includes 8KB of SRAM and a variety of peripherals such as CapSense, DMA, PWM, and a temperature sensor. Connectivity options include I2C, LINbus, and SPI. The device is equipped with 16x10-bit and 12x12-bit SAR analog-to-digital converters and two 7-bit digital-to-analog converters.
