Infineon Technologies PSOC® 4 CY8C4100 series CY8C4124PVA-442Z microcontroller. This 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller features a single-core architecture operating at 24MHz. It offers 16KB of FLASH program memory and 4KB of RAM. Connectivity options include I2C, IrDA, LINbus, Microwire, SmartCard, SPI, SSP, and UART/USART. Integrated peripherals include CapSense, LCD, PWM, WDT, Brown-out Detect/Reset, and LVD. It also incorporates an 8x12-bit SAR Analog-to-Digital converter and two IDAC Digital-to-Analog converters. Supplied in a 28-SSOP package, this AEC-Q100 qualified component is suitable for automotive applications.
