Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS820D2ELVSEXUMA2 is a fixed positive linear voltage regulator IC. This automotive-grade component offers a 200mA output current capability with a low quiescent current of 30 µA. The device features an input voltage range up to 40V and provides stable output voltages of either 3.3V or 5V. Dropout voltage is rated at 0.4V at 200mA. Integrated control features include an Enable pin and a Reset output. Protection mechanisms are in place for overcurrent and over-temperature conditions. The regulator is qualified to AEC-Q100 standards and is supplied in a PG-SSOP-14-5 package suitable for surface mounting, presented in Tape & Reel packaging. Applications include automotive systems and other demanding environments requiring reliable power regulation.
