Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS810D1LDV50XUMA1 is a positive, fixed 5V linear voltage regulator designed for high-reliability automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 100mA output current with a low quiescent current of 1 µA and a supply current of 16 µA (max). Featuring an input voltage range up to 42V and a dropout voltage of 0.55V at 100mA, it offers robust protection against over current, over temperature, and short circuits. The device includes enable and reset control functions. Its PG-TSON-10 package with exposed pad is suitable for surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel. Applications include automotive body control, infotainment systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
