Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS810D1LDV33XUMA1 is a positive, fixed output linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 3.3V output with a maximum current of 100mA and a low quiescent current of 10 µA. Featuring a low dropout voltage of 0.65V at 100mA, it operates efficiently across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ). Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The device is supplied in a 10-TFDFN exposed pad package (PG-TSON-10-2) suitable for surface mounting with wettable flanks and is provided on tape and reel. It is designed for automotive applications.
