Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS810C1EJV33XUMA1 is a positive, fixed output linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 3.3V output with a maximum current capability of 100mA. It features low quiescent current of 10µA and a supply current of 15µA, minimizing power consumption. The device boasts a wide input voltage range up to 42V and a dropout voltage of 0.65V at 100mA. Protection features include over current, over temperature, and short circuit protection. The regulator also includes a reset function.
