Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS805B1LDVXUMA1 is an adjustable positive linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers an output current of 50mA and features low quiescent current of 1µA. With an input voltage range up to 42V and an adjustable output from 1.2V to 41.7V, it provides a low dropout voltage of 0.3V at 50mA. The device includes overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. Its PG-TSON-10 package is suitable for surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel. The regulator's high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 100Hz makes it ideal for noise-sensitive automotive systems.
