The Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS805B1LDV50XUMA1 is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides a stable 5V output with a maximum current capability of 50mA. Designed for demanding automotive applications, it features a low quiescent current of 8µA and a supply current of only 12µA (max). The device offers over-current and over-temperature protection, and a dropout voltage of 0.35V at 50mA.
