Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS715B0NAV50XTSA1 is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 5V output with a maximum current of 150mA. Designed for demanding automotive applications, it features low quiescent current of 5µA and a maximum input voltage of 40V. The device offers protection against over current and over temperature conditions. With a voltage dropout of only 0.18V at 100mA, it provides efficient power regulation. The small PG-TSNP-7-8 package facilitates surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel. Its high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 100Hz is beneficial for noise-sensitive automotive systems.
