Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS115D0LDXUMA1 is a positive, adjustable linear voltage regulator designed for demanding automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers up to 150mA output current from an input voltage range of up to 45V, with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5V at 150mA. The output voltage is adjustable from 2V to 14V. Key control features include an Enable pin and a Power Good output, facilitating robust system design. Protection mechanisms such as over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection are integrated. The device boasts a low quiescent current of 90 µA and a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 85dB at 100Hz.
