Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLS115B0LDXUMA1 is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers 150mA output current with a low dropout voltage of 0.5V at 150mA. It features adjustable output from 2V to 14V, with a maximum input voltage of 45V. The device includes over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection, along with an enable control feature. Quiescent current is rated at 90 µA.
