Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLF42772LDXUMA1 is a positive, adjustable linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers an output current of 300mA with a low dropout voltage of 0.5V at 200mA. It features an adjustable output voltage range from 5V to 12V and accepts an input voltage up to 40V. The device includes over-current, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection. Its quiescent current is 200µA, with a supply current of 11mA (max). The regulator offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 65dB at 100Hz and an enable pin for control.
