Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLF42772ELXUMA1 is a linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified device provides a positive adjustable output voltage from 5V up to 12V, capable of sourcing up to 300mA. Featuring an enable pin for control, it offers robust protection against over current, over temperature, over voltage, reverse polarity, and short circuit conditions. With a low quiescent current of 200 µA and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 65dB at 100Hz, it is suitable for noise-sensitive automotive systems. The TLF42772ELXUMA1 operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and is supplied in a 14-LSSOP (0.154", 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, delivered on tape and reel.
