Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4476D is a dual-output linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides fixed outputs of 3.3V and 5V, capable of delivering up to 350mA and 430mA respectively. The device features an enable pin for control and robust protection circuitry including over-current, over-temperature, over-voltage, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection. With a low quiescent current of 150 µA and an input voltage range up to 42V, it offers efficient operation. The TLE4476D is housed in a PG-TO252-5-11 (TO-252-5, DPAK) surface-mount package and is supplied on tape and reel. Its high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB across a wide frequency range makes it suitable for noise-sensitive automotive systems.
